Our mineral broth is quite versatile. It is prepared to be sipped, packed with flavor and health benefits all by itself. You can also use our vegetable broth in place of other broths in all of your favorite dishes. With that said, you can enjoy our mineral broth on the go and in the kitchen!

The main difference between our vegetable broth versus vegetable stock is the extensive list of beneficial ingredients in our vegetable broth (learn more on our “Health Benefits” page). While vegetable stocks are used solely for cooking, our vegetable broth can be used for cooking, but it is also absolutely delicious (and nutritious) as a sipping broth.

Our vegetable broth is shipped frozen, but it may not arrive perfectly frozen. If you are located relatively far from where we ship, the mineral broth could arrive partially frozen or cold.

The longevity of our vegetable broth varies depending on whether you freeze it or simply put it in the fridge. If frozen, our mineral broth will keep for up to 1 year. If you put our broth in the fridge, it will keep for up to 90 days.

We are proud to be able to say that we source all of our vegetables for our vegetable broth from small organic farms (local to us) in the Pacific Northwest. Our mineral broth is made with a great deal of intention from seed to sip.

The short answer is that there are many more benefits to vegetable broth versus bone broth. What first attracted Chef Ron to creating his vegetable broth was the fact that it was a vegetarian broth. Once he began immersing himself in the ingredients he could include in his mineral broth, it became clear how phenomenal vegetable broth is for our health – even more so than bone broth. One of the most surprising thing he learned is that vegetable broth is able to restore more collagen than bone broth, according to food scientist Kantha Shelke. Food journalist Amy Blaszyk agrees.

Outside of the amazing source of collagen, vegetable broth also offers nutrients than cannot be found in meat or bone broth. Our environmentally friendly model is one of our biggest points of pride. All of the ingredients for our Super Mineral Broth are locally (and sustainably) sourced at organic farms in the Pacific Northwest. In addition, we package our broth in glass jars to ensure we do our part to reduce the use of plastics. Lastly, our vegetable broths are vegan, free of preservatives, and 100% animal-free.
